Vaulted Prime Parts in Warframe

A vaulted Prime item is a Prime Warframe, weapon or related item whose Void Relics are not currently available through the normal Relic drop pool. Vaulting does not remove existing Relics, blueprints or components from player inventories. Existing Relics can still be opened, tradable items can still be exchanged between players and the equipment may return through Prime Resurgence.

Vaulted does not automatically mean expensive. Before selling, opening or exchanging an old Prime item, check its current availability, market demand, complete-set context and Ducat value with tools such as DucatDump.

Prime availability changes over time. Current status should come from maintained game data rather than an old article or video.

Prime Availability at a Glance

DucatDump displays per-item vault flags synchronized from maintained WFCD item data, but it does not currently expose a live Prime Resurgence rotation or Relic catalogue on this guide. Confirm uncertain current availability through official Prime Resurgence information or the in-game Relic interface.

Check vaulted parts before selling or exchanging them. They can be difficult to replace, complete a valuable set or carry market value despite bronze rarity. High Ducats do not prove conversion is best, and Resurgence can change supply. A Ducat Kiosk permanently consumes the selected part.

What Does Vaulted Mean in Warframe?

In Warframe, “vaulted” commonly means that the Void Relics containing a Prime item are not currently obtainable through the normal active drop pool. The equipment still exists; owned Relics, blueprints, components and crafted gear remain owned and usable.

Eligible items can still be traded, and owned Relics can still be opened. Vaulting changes acquisition, not ownership, and does not automatically change fixed Ducat value or guarantee a market increase. “Prime Vault,” “in the vault,” “unvaulted” and “returning through Prime Resurgence” remain common community language, while Prime Resurgence is now the primary modern return system for older Primes.

What Happens When a Prime Item Is Vaulted?

When a Prime item is vaulted, its associated Relics stop entering their former normal acquisition pools. Existing copies remain, existing parts and crafted equipment stay owned, tradable blueprints and components remain eligible, and old Relics can still open in matching Fissures.

  1. Normal new Relic supply stops.
  2. Stored Relics remain in inventories.
  3. Owned parts and crafted equipment remain.
  4. Tradable items can circulate.
  5. Player-market supply depends more on stored stock.
  6. The item may later return through Prime Resurgence.

A Relic can contain rewards from several sets, so availability must be checked at the specific Relic and item level rather than assuming every related Relic behaves identically.

Do Vaulted Relics Disappear?

No. Void Relics already owned remain in player inventories after their rewards become vaulted. Normal refinement still works, the Relic can be equipped in its matching era, squad members can select its reward, and the Relic may itself be tradable. Opening consumes that copy normally. Do not confuse a Relic leaving drop tables with deletion, opening, crafting or current Resurgence availability.

Can You Still Open Vaulted Relics?

Yes. A vaulted Relic already in inventory can still be opened in a Void Fissure of the matching Lith, Meso, Neo or Axi era.

  1. Inspect its reward pool.
  2. Check market, crafting and set value.
  3. Decide whether refinement is justified.
  4. Find a matching Void Fissure.
  5. Consider a coordinated squad.
  6. Equip the Relic.
  7. Collect 10 Reactant.
  8. Complete the mission.
  9. Select one displayed reward.

Casually consuming an exceptionally scarce Relic may be inefficient. The Prime-parts farming guide explains refinement and Radshares.

Should You Open or Sell a Vaulted Relic?

Opening and selling a vaulted Relic are different strategies, and neither is always better. Compare the Relic price, reward-pool value, target probability, Void Trace cost, squad availability, selling time, set context, crafting needs and possible Resurgence return. Expected value is not guaranteed profit.

How to Get Vaulted Prime Parts

Existing player-owned Relics

Open your own legacy Relics or select eligible rewards produced by squad members.

Player trading

Eligible vaulted Relics, blueprints, components and sets can be acquired through Warframe’s supported player Trade interface.

Prime Resurgence

Selected older equipment returns in rotating Aya Relics.

Existing inventory

You may already own part of the set and only need specific missing pieces.

Normal missions cannot produce an unavailable old Relic unless a current system or supported source has returned it.

What Is Prime Resurgence?

Prime Resurgence is Warframe’s rotating system for returning selected older Prime Warframes, weapons and accessories. Varzia manages the offerings. Earnable Aya buys currently offered Void Relics; those Relics must still be opened normally for Prime rewards. Premium Regal Aya can purchase eligible direct offerings.

Not all vaulted items appear in every rotation, and accessory acquisition can differ from Relic farming. Check the official current Prime Resurgence page rather than a static list.

What is Aya?

Aya is an earnable resource found through eligible Void missions, bounties and Relic packs. Exchange it with Varzia for a currently offered Relic, then open that Relic. Aya is not itself a Relic.

What is Regal Aya?

Regal Aya is premium, non-tradable Prime Resurgence currency for eligible direct Warframe, weapon, accessory and bundle offerings. It is not required for the normal Aya-to-Relic farming path.

Varzia is accessible at Maroo’s Bazaar on Mars, the Orbiter Relic Segment and the in-game Market under current official guidance.

Can Vaulted Prime Parts Be Traded?

Yes. Eligible vaulted Prime blueprints, weapon components, sets and Relics can still be traded when the Trade interface accepts them. Official rules currently require Mastery Rank 2+, applicable TennoGuard 2FA, a daily trade and enough Credits for tax.

Prime Warframe blueprints are traded before crafting; items crafted from those blueprints are generally not standard Prime-part trades. Confirm exact eligibility in the official Trading FAQ.

Are Vaulted Prime Parts More Valuable?

Vaulted Prime parts can be more valuable when normal supply stops and buyer demand remains strong, but vaulting does not guarantee a higher price. Existing inventories, stored Relics, set demand, liquidity, replacement difficulty and Resurgence expectations all matter.

Compare individual market value, complete-set contribution, crafting need, replacement value and fixed Ducats. Use the complete Prime-part value framework before acting.

Why Vaulted Does Not Always Mean Expensive

A vaulted part may remain cheap because player inventories hold many copies, demand is weak, the equipment is unpopular, the part is a common component, the set’s bottleneck lies elsewhere, or Resurgence has recently returned supply. A high asking price without buyers can also reflect low liquidity rather than real sale value. Scarcity only supports price when demand exists.

How Prime Resurgence Can Affect Prices

Prime Resurgence can increase Relic and component supply, which may pressure prices. It can also increase attention and demand, so the effect can differ across a set and may not happen immediately. Check current orders and history rather than assuming a fixed percentage decline. A listed price remains an asking price, not a completed sale.

How to Check Whether a Prime Item Is Vaulted

  1. Search the exact item on DucatDump.
  2. Read the visible vaulted or unvaulted label and warning.
  3. Inspect its item and set context.
  4. Check the official current Prime Resurgence rotation.
  5. Check current acquisition through the in-game Relic interface or official drop tables.
  6. Treat missing status as unknown, not vaulted.

DucatDump’s flag comes from synchronized WFCD item metadata. It is useful but not a live Resurgence feed, so official current acquisition data remains authoritative.

How DucatDump Helps with Vaulted Prime Parts

DucatDump shows exact Prime-part search, vaulted status, a vaulted warning, fixed Ducats, estimated Platinum, “Average price,” junk/mid/high/no-data advice, set components, stored price history, item-specific charts and buyer/seller listings.

  1. Search the part.
  2. Read its status and warning.
  3. Compare Platinum and Ducats.
  4. Review history and set use.
  5. Verify current acquisition and market orders.
  6. Choose keep, sell, farm or convert.

Estimates and classifications are informational; no displayed value guarantees a buyer.

How to Use Warframe.Market for Vaulted Parts

Warframe.Market is a third-party community marketplace. Search the exact part, set or Relic; select the correct account context; compare several active buy and sell orders, quantities and statuses; then contact the player. Orders are user-created listings, not completed-sale records. The actual item and Platinum transfer remains in Warframe.

Complete-Set Value for Vaulted Primes

A vaulted component can gain practical value by finishing a demanded set, but one rare bottleneck can represent most of the price. Add realistic component values, compare current complete-set orders, subtract missing-piece cost and include farming time and trade slots.

A set does not automatically earn a premium. Before buying missing parts, use the Prime-part Platinum guide to calculate the remaining margin.

Should You Keep Vaulted Prime Parts?

Keep a vaulted part when you need it for crafting, it completes a planned set, replacement is difficult, current market liquidity is weak, or availability is uncertain. Keeping everything indefinitely is not automatically optimal: storage has opportunity cost, future appreciation is uncertain and Prime Resurgence can return supply.

Should You Sell Vaulted Prime Parts?

Sell when the item is unwanted, current buyer demand is credible, the agreed Platinum justifies replacement and trading time, and it is not needed for a better set strategy. Compare fast buy demand with patient sell orders. Learn how to trade Prime parts safely and realistically.

Should You Exchange Vaulted Parts for Ducats?

Exchange a vaulted part only after checking crafting, set, replacement and Platinum value. Ducat value is fixed by the game and does not reflect scarcity or current buyer demand. Kiosk exchange permanently consumes the item.

Vault warning: use the Ducats guide and compare Platinum with Ducat conversion before sacrificing scarce inventory.

Can a Vaulted Part Be Prime Junk?

Yes, because Prime junk is contextual rather than an official permanent category. Some vaulted duplicates have weak demand and low replacement concern. Still, every vaulted part should be checked before joining a bundle: bronze does not mean worthless, and a cheap component can complete a valuable set. Protect valuable parts from Prime-junk bundles.

How to Farm a Vaulted Prime Set

  1. Check whether the set is in current Prime Resurgence.
  2. If active, earn Aya and buy relevant Relics from Varzia.
  3. Otherwise inspect owned legacy Relics.
  4. Find coordinated players with matching Relics.
  5. Trade for missing Relics or components where eligible.
  6. Refine according to target rarity.
  7. Open in matching Fissures.
  8. Recalculate whether farming or trading is more efficient.

Radshares for Vaulted Relics

A Radshare is a coordinated squad in which players equip Radiant copies of the same target Relic, usually to improve the group’s chances of seeing its rare reward. It can be useful for scarce vaulted Relics when matching copies and players exist. Confirm the exact Relic and refinement before starting; no Radshare guarantees the target.

Staggered Openings for Scarce Relics

A staggered opening has one or fewer squad members consume the scarce Relic per run while others bring different Relics, preserving more attempts across several runs. It is slower and depends on trust and clear coordination. Agree on the sequence first and do not confuse it with a standard same-Relic Radshare.

How to Evaluate an Old Relic

  1. Identify every reward.
  2. Check which rewards are still normally available.
  3. Review crafting and set needs.
  4. Check current part and Relic orders.
  5. Compare common, uncommon and rare targets.
  6. Estimate refinement and squad effort.
  7. Check current Resurgence availability.
  8. Choose open, Radshare, stagger, trade or keep.

Vaulted Relic Value vs Reward Value

A Relic’s trade value and its possible reward value are not the same. The Relic offers uncertain outcomes, while selling it provides only the agreed price. Compare reward probabilities, the value of all outcomes, Void Traces, group access and personal goals. Do not treat a rare reward’s asking price as guaranteed expected profit.

When Will a Vaulted Prime Return?

No reliable universal schedule predicts when a particular vaulted Prime will return. Digital Extremes announcements and current Prime Resurgence data are authoritative. Historical trackers provide context only; popularity does not guarantee an immediate return, and old timing does not create a safe countdown.

Current Vaulted Prime Lists

This guide does not hardcode a permanent list. DucatDump exposes status on searchable item pages from synchronized WFCD data, but has no dedicated live Resurgence or all-vaulted catalogue with a refresh timestamp. Use the Prime Junk Calculator for a specific item and the official Resurgence page for the active rotation.

Current rotation data are not rendered on this guide. Confirm the item through Warframe’s Relic interface or official Prime Resurgence information. Missing data never defaults to “vaulted.”

Common Vaulted Prime Mistakes

Assuming vaulted means deleted

Owned Relics and parts remain.

Availability and Market Data Notes

Vault status can change with Prime Access and Prime Resurgence. DucatDump can synchronize item names, Ducats, rarity and vaulted flags from WFCD, while market estimates use Warframe.Market sell orders and stored snapshots. “Average price” is based on a median of the cheapest current online sell orders.

Orders are not completed sales, low-volume vaulted items are difficult to value, and history can lag availability. Ducats are separate from market value. Current in-game and official acquisition data remain authoritative. Read DucatDump’s Data Sources.

Disclaimer: DucatDump is an unofficial fan-made Warframe tool. Vault status, Prime Resurgence availability, estimates, history and classifications are informational and may change. DucatDump does not guarantee prices, future availability or trades. Warframe.Market orders are third-party user listings rather than guaranteed completed-sale prices. What happens when a Prime item is vaulted?

Normal Relic supply stops while existing Relics, parts and crafted gear remain owned and usable.

Do vaulted Relics disappear?

No. Existing copies remain in player inventories.

Can you still open vaulted Relics?

Yes. Open an owned vaulted Relic in a matching Void Fissure.

Can squad members receive rewards from a vaulted Relic?

Yes. Eligible squad members can select the displayed reward produced by another player’s opened Relic.

Can vaulted Relics be traded?

Yes. Vaulted Relics remain eligible for player trading under current rules.

Can vaulted Prime parts be traded?

Yes. Eligible Prime blueprints and components remain tradable after vaulting.

Can crafted Prime components be traded?

Crafted items made from Prime blueprints are generally not standard tradable Prime parts.

How do you get vaulted Prime parts?

Use owned legacy Relics, squad rewards, player trading or an active Prime Resurgence rotation.

Can vaulted Prime parts still drop?

They can drop from an opened owned Relic or current Resurgence Relic, but not from unavailable Relics’ former normal sources.

Can Aya be used to get vaulted Primes?

Yes. Exchange Aya for currently offered Resurgence Relics, then open those Relics normally.

What is Prime Resurgence?

Prime Resurgence is the rotating system that returns selected older Prime equipment through Varzia’s offerings.

What is the difference between Aya and Regal Aya?

Aya is earnable and buys eligible Relics; Regal Aya is premium, non-tradable currency for direct eligible offerings.

Is Prime Resurgence the same as the old Prime Vault?

No. Prime Resurgence is the modern rotating return system, although players still use Prime Vault terminology.

Are vaulted Prime parts always valuable?

No. Demand, inventory, liquidity, set use and current availability determine market value.

Why is a vaulted part sometimes cheap?

Stored supply can be high, demand weak or the item recently returned through Resurgence.

Does vaulting increase prices?

Vaulting can tighten supply, but it does not guarantee any increase.

Can Prime Resurgence lower prices?

It can add supply and pressure prices, although demand can rise at the same time.

Should you sell vaulted Prime parts?

Sell when current demand and price justify replacement cost, set value and trading time.

Should you exchange vaulted parts for Ducats?

Only after checking crafting, set, market and replacement value because conversion consumes the part.

Can a vaulted part be Prime junk?

Yes, contextually, but it must be checked before entering a low-value bundle.

Should you open or sell an old Relic?

Compare the Relic’s agreed price with reward goals, probabilities, squad access and personal needs.

What is a vaulted Relic Radshare?

It is a coordinated squad using Radiant copies of the same vaulted Relic to target its rare reward.

What is a staggered Relic opening?

It is a coordinated sequence that consumes fewer scarce matching Relics per run to preserve attempts.

Are vaulted Prime sets worth more?

Sometimes, but complete-set demand and missing-piece costs must support the premium.

How can you check whether an item is vaulted?

Check DucatDump’s item status, then verify current acquisition and Prime Resurgence information.

When will a vaulted Prime return?

No universal schedule guarantees a return date; follow current official announcements and rotations.

How long do Prime items remain vaulted?

There is no fixed duration that applies to every Prime item.

Can an old vaulted Relic change rewards?

Its displayed reward pool normally remains relevant unless Digital Extremes explicitly changes game data.

Does refining a vaulted Relic work normally?

Yes. Owned vaulted Relics can normally be refined with Void Traces like other Relics.

Where can you see the current Prime Resurgence rotation?

Use Warframe’s official Prime Resurgence page or Varzia’s current in-game offerings.

How does DucatDump identify vaulted parts?

DucatDump synchronizes a vaulted flag from WFCD item metadata and displays an item warning.

Does DucatDump guarantee a vaulted part’s value?

No. Its estimates, history and classifications are informational.

Is Warframe.Market an official marketplace?

No. Warframe.Market is a third-party community order and contact service.

Where is the final player trade completed?

The item and Platinum transfer is completed through Warframe’s official Trade interface.
