Terms of Service

DucatDump is operated as the DucatDump project by a private individual. Public legal contact for support, privacy, abuse, takedown, appeal, and security concerns is privacy@ducatdump.nl.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use the community marketplace. By using DucatDump, you confirm that you can follow these terms and any rules that apply to your Warframe account, platform, and region.

Use one real DucatDump account. Keep your email address, Warframe username, platform, region, mastery rank, legendary rank, trade availability, and listing information accurate. You are responsible for your account security, password, sessions, listings, reviews, reports, and all actions taken through your account.

DucatDump provides tools for WTS and WTB listings, marketplace matching, ducat and platinum calculations, prime junk warnings, trader profiles, reputation, reports, favorites, and generated trade messages. These tools help users coordinate in-game Warframe trades, but they do not complete trades for you.

DucatDump is not a buyer, seller, broker, agent, escrow service, payment processor, guarantor, or party to any Warframe trade. Users decide whether to contact each other, what to trade, and whether to complete a trade in Warframe. Verify items, platinum, usernames, platform, region, and trade terms inside Warframe before accepting any trade.

DucatDump is an unofficial fan-made tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or sponsored by Digital Extremes. Warframe and related names, assets, and marks belong to Digital Extremes Ltd. You must follow Warframe, Digital Extremes, and platform rules when using DucatDump, including the official Warframe Terms and Content Policy.

DucatDump has zero tolerance for real-money trading. Do not use DucatDump for real-money trades, account trading, paid trade mediation, off-platform payment schemes, gift-card or crypto requests, or attempts to convert Warframe platinum, items, accounts, listings, access, or reputation into real-world value.

Listings, listing notes, profile details, and generated trade messages are user-controlled content. Generated messages are suggestions only. Before posting, copying, sending, or acting on a message, you must check the items, quantities, prices, platform, region, availability, and wording yourself.

Ducat values, platinum estimates, ratios, warnings, matches, availability indicators, liquidity signals, reputation entries, and external market data are informational only. They may be stale, incomplete, unavailable, manipulated, or wrong. External sources are not controlled by DucatDump, and no estimate is a promise that a trade will complete at that value.

You keep ownership of content you provide, but you give DucatDump a limited license to host, display, copy, process, format, analyze, moderate, preserve, remove, and share that content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and protect the service. This includes listings, notes, profile text, reviews, reports, reputation actions, and related metadata.

Do not post or coordinate scams, misleading listings, spam, impersonation, harassment, hate, threats, doxing, private information, phishing, malware, real-money trading, ban evasion, review manipulation, brigading, report abuse, or other conduct that creates risk for DucatDump, Warframe players, Digital Extremes, or the service.

Reviews should describe genuine, relevant trade interactions or real abuse concerns. Do not use reviews, reports, or reputation to retaliate, harass, pressure users, manipulate scores, or organize brigading. Reputation is a community signal, not a verified trust score or guarantee that a user is safe, available, honest, or able to trade.

Relevant contact information and safe external links may be allowed when they help users coordinate Warframe trades. Do not post phishing links, malware, payment requests, deceptive links, unsafe redirects, impersonation links, or contact details that expose another person without permission.

DucatDump may review, remove, hide, preserve, or restrict content and accounts when needed to operate the service, protect users, respond to reports, enforce these terms, or reduce legal, security, or abuse risk. Actions may include archiving listings, editing or removing reviews, limiting API or account access, rate-limiting, warnings, suspension, bans, account closure, or preservation of records for safety and audit purposes.

To report abuse, illegal content, intellectual property concerns, security issues, or moderation mistakes, contact privacy@ducatdump.nl with enough information to identify the affected profile, listing, review, report, page, user, or behavior. Users may ask for review of bans, account restrictions, or removed or restricted content. DucatDump will use reasonable efforts to respond, but does not promise a fixed response time unless required by law.

Do not scrape, crawl, bot, reverse engineer, overload, bypass rate limits, bypass access controls, or use undocumented or unintended API behavior without permission. DucatDump may block automated or abusive traffic and may restrict access that harms reliability, security, data integrity, or other users.

Good-faith security reports are welcome when they are performed safely. Do not exploit vulnerabilities, access private data, persist access, disrupt the service, modify data, publicly disclose unresolved issues, or test in a way that harms users or systems. Send reports to privacy@ducatdump.nl.

DucatDump processes account, listing, reputation, report, authentication, security, and service data as described in the Privacy Policy and Cookies & Storage page. Account deletion is currently a hard delete in the DucatDump app database. External hosting backups, infrastructure logs, or provider logs may remain for their normal limited retention periods where needed for security, legal compliance, abuse handling, or service reliability.

DucatDump is provided on a best-effort basis. There is no uptime, backup, feature, compatibility, or continued availability guarantee. DucatDump may change, limit, pause, remove, or stop features or the service, with reasonable care for users where practical.

To the extent allowed by law, DucatDump is not liable for trade losses, missed trades, incorrect prices, wrong ducat values, stale data, user content, scams, unavailable service, lost data, moderation decisions, third-party sources, Digital Extremes or platform enforcement, indirect damages, lost profits, or other consequences of relying on the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

You are responsible for your content, account activity, trade decisions, legal compliance, and use of Warframe or third-party services. To the extent allowed by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or costs caused by your content, scams, real-money trading, intellectual property infringement, illegal conduct, security abuse, or breach of these terms.

DucatDump may update these terms when the service, law, risk profile, or community rules change. Updated terms apply when published or from a stated effective date. If you continue using DucatDump after an update takes effect, you accept the updated terms.

If there is a problem, contact DucatDump first so it can be reviewed directly. Dutch law applies to these terms where permitted, without limiting mandatory consumer rights or other protections that apply under local law.
